I would like to start by commending your staff for a very welcoming check-in process. In particular, Matty I believe is her name at the front desk was a doll—she was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit. I also greatly appreciated the onsite amenities; the BBQ pit was a wonderful way to save money, and having laundry facilities and a convenient location near Burlington and Walmart was a major plus.
However, I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding the breakfast service. While the food was good for the first three days, the quality declined significantly after that. The bread, bagels, and muffins were often served stale and hard, and the waffle mix seemed watered down. Additionally, the switch from convenient juice bottles to a dispenser with cups was a noticeable change in quality. I hope this feedback is helpful to anyone looking to book.
