This was such a great little place to stay. An old historical home decorated very modern and tastefully. Everything was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. It's remote staffing and I thought that was very interesting The person monitoring remotely was very accommodating very quick to respond to everything. This stay was very nice.
I would definitely be returning to stay here on my next trip to Rockport! They did a really good job at this place

The Rockport House provided a special and comfortable place to stay that captures the spirit of historical Rockport. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rockport.

Clean and comfortable. First experience with remote staff who were very responsive. However, we and a number of guests we spoke to would have liked more information on how to use the keypad entry, tv, and the coffee machine. Those were areas where it would have been handy to have someone to ask.

Nice. Walkable to shopping. No breakfast as advertised. Wouldn’t have paid the price. I picked a lower price room and had to walk up three flights. No elevator.

The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Everything was meticulously clean and cared for. Walkable to adorable shopping area with restaurants.The whole town looked like a seaside fairytale, with this property adding to the charm. Thoughtful room layout with very comfortable furnishings, but please put up some hooks by the door. Loved the contactless concierge where door access codes are sent to you via email, but please be aware there was some confusion as we were provided multiple codes, one of which did not work. Overall loved the stay and will recommend to others!

Amazing place to stay
I loved this place! The room was very spacious and had a great mixture of aged/modern deaigns. The entire property and surrounding area was beautiful. The bathroom was immaculate, and it actually had great lighting (very helpful for applying makeup). It's definitely worth the money, and I wish we could have stayed there longer.

Loved it!
What a great place. Girls trip to the coast so we stayed in the double room in the carriage house. The room was so comfortable and clean and cozy. Great location a short walk from downtown. The bedding was so nice.

Quaint lil' home away from home
The room was easily accessible, very clean with plenty of linens . Self service check in and check out. I was impressed with the spacious living quarters, large fridge and roku tv.
I would definitely recommend this quiet retreat whether passing through or here for an extended stay.

It was a bit strange to not have an official office at which to check in, but the online response and timeliness was excellent. We reserved online for that same evening and were in our beautiful room by 16:00.
Feedback and response time was very timely.
