Pass on this one!
It started out by them calling me two hours before I arrived telling me I needed to put a credit card on file even though everything was paid they said they can’t get incidentals from hotels.com so they wanted my credit card. Then when I said, I was gonna call hotels.com. Suddenly they didn’t need my credit card! It was filthy.
The whole place was filthy and it had ants everywhere. We were told if we made any phone calls even if it was something broken or a lightbulb or anything it would be $50 per phone call so we were not allowed to call to report any incidents. The balcony above us had people smoking, and they kept throwing cigarettes down in front of us.
It’s 25 minutes to any store or anything.
The staff was so rude. I would never ever go back and I felt scammed completely.
The filth, the food in the sink, the broken mirrors, the rug that had ants the bedroom with ants.
Mold in the shower, I have photos of everything. Not being able to call for help was the worst feeling we left a day early. There is no point in staying. I’m really disappointed for all the money we spent. Broken fan. Broken lights. Huge disappointment!
