Was upgraded to a suite which was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good location near the river. Can I suggest a signage at the glass door? A sign at eye level will be helpful...before the Maan coffeehouse as I passed by it without realizing it is the entrance.

Good location. Hotel rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Washer/dryer are not in every room. I had booked 2 rooms and one had the washer/dryer in the room the other did not.
