A nice hotel really well located next to a metro station. The aircon was centrally controlled so didn’t run much despite it being a heat wave and over 30c most days which meant the rooms were really hot and uncomfortable most of the time. Super helpful staff, few shops around but this will improve soon with new building and gentrification happening.

We stayed 6 nights in room 511 and had a wonderful stay. * Spotless room with a beautiful Eiffel Tower view * Amazing terrace on the 10th floor with great views * Extremely friendly and helpful staff * Secure parking garage * Very clean throughout the hotel * Excellent air conditioning during the Paris heatwave * Delicious breakfast, especially the croissants and homemade yogurt * Housekeeping was only provided after 4 days; fresh towels earlier would have been appreciated * A bit far from some attractions, so planning is needed. We missed the last metro one evening and had to take an Uber back to the hotel

The hotel was fantastic, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was quite large and the beds comfy, we had a fantastic view and the little kitchenette had all the amenties we needed for our stay. The good things: the property itself is very lovely and the apartment was as well. Big windows that opened up, Very clean and looks to be quite new. The top floor patio and breakfast area presented the most lovely views, and in the distance you could see the Eiffel Tower. A brand new metro station is literally at your doorstep, which was excellent! … because The not so good things.: there were no restaurants or grocery shops nearby. The afternoon we arrived we inquired where we could find a restaurant for our supper. There was one about an 18 minute walk away so of course that’s where we went. So the metro was our friend and once we would leave for the day usually by 9:30 to have a bite to eat, we would not come back until after our dinner. They did have a buffet breakfast every morning for €15 but if you don’t do a big breakfast you couldn’t just have a croissant and a cup of coffee. you also couldn’t have breakfast unless you’d made a reservation the day before, which no one had told us. There was no coffee machine in the apartment, just a kettle, some sleeves of instant coffee & teabags. So as a tourist, it wasn’t what we were used to. We are used to stepping out and within a block or so finding various coffee shops, restaurants and little Food markets. So for that reason, I wouldn’t stay there again. But it was a very nice accommodation.

Just finished an 8 day stay at this location and it is excellent! The location alone is 300ft from the Gustave-Roussey (spelling might not be correct) M-14 Metro station which means you are 25 minutes from downtown Paris for 2.5 Euro’s! Station was secure at all hours and very safe with excellent lighting! The hotel staff was friendly, spoke English and helpful. Dining options on the 10th floor, small workout room for fitness and of course was very clean and almost brand new. The area is being developed now that the metro station has come. Local food/shopping is a mere 15-20m walk through town. A huge Carfour grocer is also close! Water, sheets and kitchenette all in excellent condition. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would stay here again along with my family and friends, especially this is your first trip.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is new. It was cimfortable and clean. The only downside is that the workout room was not finished being built and construction site around it whicj caused several issues with uber, taxis to find the hotel. Besides that it jas a breakfast room for 12 euros a person. I didn't ise it because i got an appartment room.

The hotel is conveniently located, on the subway line between Orly airport and city center (Gare de Lyon/Chatelet/Madeleine), literally 1-2 minute walk from the subway station. The rooms are spacious, with all the amenities, and plus the kitchenette with the fridge, the bathroom has the bath. Some minor issues I had was the constantly changing temperature of the water in the shower (may be some minor troubles because of cinstruction works nearby), and lack of room service, even the coffee supplies were not updated, and also TV had some programming issues. All in all hotel can definitely be recommended as a moderate-priced option for Paris.

Ideal location very near new metro station, new hotel in good condition room was ideal with small kitchen facility, although no sauce pans only frying pans available. Only issue was the requirement to give a 100 euro deposit at check in, but for us and others they were unable to take it as a credit card as it would not work on their computer. They blamed our cards despite just having paid the costs of the stay on the same card! They insisted we had to pay in cash or we could not be allowed to check in, that left me with hardly any cash as i normally pay with credit card. Not a good start to our stay, you need to take cash for the deposit if you stay here!

The property was clean and comfortable for the most part, as was the staff. It was an enjoyable stay. It was just a little further away from the main attractions of Paris than I would've liked but the metro station is only a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We felt very safe in the area. Unfortunately, it has very little amenities surrounding it - no grocery, pharmacy or restaurants. And the restaurant on site closes at 10 pm. That having been said, the hospital (a 3 minute walk away) has a "cafeteria" with quite a selection in it, that is open daily, and it probably has a pharmacy within it. Sadly, we only found out about this food option the day before we left and we were told by a few guests and not the staff. Also, it was also difficult to get any extras - we wanted a couple of extra pillows / towels - but only received one of each. I would still highly recommend the property and only leave the negative comments for improvement purposes.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Paris. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring the city. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the peaceful atmosphere after long days sightseeing. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.
