Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower and water pressure very good. Couldn’t figure out the a/c but ceiling fan helped cool room down on an unseasonably warm March day. Street parking was challenging. Host did offer his driveway to park but I found a spot on my own so it all worked out. I recommend for an overnight stay or two while visiting Philly.

Quarters is the best place to stay in Manayunk,especially if you're a cyclist. It's very close to downtown and the River trail. The room and common area was spotless,the AC worked flawlessly in the 100° heat,and the bed was comfortable. Give it a try,you won't be disappointed.

Shame on Hotels.com for not checking this place out before prominently displaying it on their website as a recommended place to stay while visiting Philadelphia. When they say "self parking provided" I don't immediately understand that to mean, find a place to park on the street three blocks from the residence. This is an Air B&B without the breakfast, without a television or a reliable network connection, without an elevator to the top floor and without a shower or a shower enclosure on the top floor. In other words; completely different than advertised on your platform. Like I said, shame on Hotels.com for not vetting their advertised accommodations.

We chose the Quarters because of its location within walking distance to our son's house. Our room was very clean and well maintained for an older building. On the downside, the room was very small, better suited for a single person. Also, it was advertised as a BnB. There was coffee and tea in the lobby but no food available.

Liked the room in general. The bed was not very good (in Fourth Quarter room) and there was no shower, only a bad tub with a shower head but no shower curtain. It was close to the Mann, which was most important. Also, you are BnB yet don’t offer food…kind of weird.
