Staff are very rude and pester you, reluctant to give you toiletries such as toilet roll etc. very noisy and reception speak very loudly early in the morning. Staff can be very intimidating. The room was disgusting and very dusty. Outside of the building is full of dirty bins and cat litter and food. Would not even recommend for one night.

C'était un très bon séjour, d'ailleurs après la visite de Pamukkale, je reviens à Aziz Koklanama pour séjourner encore deux jours. Toute la réception était très bien. Je les remercie tous. Le studio que nous avons loué était très propre, les matelas sont très confortables, il y avait de quoi cuisiner (ustensiles). L'hôtel est à 15 minutes de la vieille ville, je trouve que le rapport qualité _prix est excellent. Je recommande
