Celebrated my 50th bday here in March. We had an oceanview room, was very pleased with the view overlooking ocean, beach and pool area. Balcony was quite big! Really nice!
Customer service very friendly and accommodating.They were on top of their game! Great choices for dining.
Would definitely stay again but not in high wind season! The L shape design of the resort building causes the pool area to be super windy, not pleasant to enjoy drinks or swim in the pool, water felt pretty cold. Beach area felt a bit less windy, but it was a challenge to get chairs, seemed like you had to show up early to get them. The resort beach is pretty small to accomodate everyone.Other than that really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is new and clean. We loved that toddlers ate for free at the restaurant. We had no issues with grabbing a seat by the beach. Location was convenient and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. The one issue we had was with the butler service. It was almost non-existent. We had to call like 10 times to get items ironed. At some point we just called for an iron to be delivered to the room. They brought an iron with residue on the back and we couldn’t use it. They eventually offered to take 6 items and ironed them. We got them back within an hour.

Excellent service. But since you have many different people staying at your resort, you should offer a variety of food, including more Asian dishes. Breakfast is the same every day, which makes it challenging to eat.
