Noisy patio right outside our room. Elevator doesn't go to top floor. Bug bites from the bed! Only got an apology and new sheets. Never again!

Although the location is a little far from the station, the hotel is clean and reasonable price that I 'd like to stay again if I have a private trip to Bangkok. Hotel provides the transportation every one hour to the station. It's good service.

It is more than perfect with this incredibly cheap price. The room is spacious with a outdoor washroom. It is clean. I was assigned a room at the top floor but the aircon cools the room very quickly. You can connect your own YouTube account with the TV. If you want cleaning service, you have to put the badge at your door before 12pm. The buffet breakfast is included. Although it is not fabulous, it is more than I expected. The hotel staff are very friendly. There is a 7-11 and some food booths near the hotel so you don’t have to worry. If you walk 10 minutes, you will see some restaurants e.g. McDonald’s. The cons are that the hotel is far away from the BTS station and you have to walk for around 20 minutes from the BTS station. There is a free shuttle during daytime every 2 hours to the BTS station from the hotel and it is good. Another con is that you have to prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste and slippers but this is very minor. Overall, I am 120% satisfied with this hotel. I really like it and I really enjoyed my trip at Bangkok.

Very courteous staff, everything was very good. Breakfast was plentiful. My only concern was that I emailed the hotel twice about a late check in and they never responded. So I worried for nothing.

Pros:

Cons:
- Public rooftop patio directly in front of our rooms, leading to people standing outside our windows and talking at all hours of the night.
- Bug bites from the beds! Front desk only changed the sheets, and refused to even clean our clothes.
- Idiotic requirement to show a receipt for your key deposit in order to get it refunded. They don't care if you return the actual key, which makes no sense whatsoever.
- Very hard and uncomfortable mattresses (and pillows)
- We were on floor 9, but elevator only goes to 8. So i had to help my elderly parents with they're luggage up several winding flights of stairs. No assistance was ever offered.
In summary, I will never return to this hotel. It's not worth it.
