Nice pleasant stay.
The stay was brilliant. Seamless check in at 7am no issues and no extra charges. Check out too was good after 2pm.
Location is good but due to the construction in Makkah it's difficult to walk to the Masjid. Even from the shuttle drop off it's a considerable walk so we ended up using taxis which there isn't a shortage of outside the hotel.
Plenty of amenities in the hotel complex. Shops selling everything from essentials to gifts.

Considering I'm visiting in low season, I found the room to be fairly decent. The only concern I have is that there was no hot water in the bathroom. The front desk staff seems to be working at full capacity. I wonder how much worse it will be in Hajj.
