The property is new and it always smells amazing. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. The cleaning crew are on top of their game! It’s a great place to stay, the property is in a great area. Easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend this property! I always get the 1 Bedroom suite and it’s literally like an apartment!! I also bring my animals! I’d give them 10 Stars if I could!

VERY clean room, lots of Towels, and Very cold AC. The negative is then staff was not super friendly, but i overlooked their abrasive personalities. They do charge 5 per car per night which seemed sneaky, but we paid it. Lotsnof extra fees will raise your price around 30 dollars more than Expected and quoted.

I got charged twice for both rooms. I made the reservation with one credit card and paid with a different card at check in. I was also charged on the original card after paying with a different card while at the hotel. The front desk fixed that one and did a credit back. Once home I was charged for the other room on the original card even after paying at check in with a different card. I had to call 3 different days even after being told each time I would receive a call back,. Finally I spoke with the general manager only to be told dispute it with your credit card she would not help me. It was clear I had been charged twice for one of the rooms even after her seeing where I was charged twice and had to be credited on the one room. I was very disappointed to have to deal with this for days and having to involve my credit card company. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was very nice. It was safe and in a great area. I am just very disappointed in the billing system and lack of help from the general manager.
