The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment on the cleanliness on a day- to- day basis.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This was a very clean hotel and was comfortable as the shower was quickly poured in the hot water in the morning or at night. The room is small, but despite the low price, the room is clean and comes with soap and free water bottles, making it a comfortable stay. The hotel is not facing the road so it is quiet at night. Food cannot be brought to the room, but there are many restaurants nearby. I didn't order room service at the hotel, but for breakfast I was served bread, omelette and tea. This was also brought to my room on time. Also, this hotel is close to the famous Kali temple. I was a foreigner and a woman used it alone, but there were no problems at the hotel, and I didn't notice any particular poor security in the area even at night. I've been to Kolkata many times and I think this is the best place to stay. I would like to use it if I have the opportunity to go to the nearby area again.
