Fees & policies

Refundable deposits

• Cash deposit: COP 353300 per accommodation, per night
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation

Mandatory fees

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia value-added tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing that they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption only applies to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

Optional extras

• Late check-in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM can be arranged for an extra charge of COP 1800000

Children & extra beds

• If you are travelling with a child, your property may require you to present the following documents: parents travelling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Colombian citizens) at check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is travelling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is travelling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

Pets

• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of COP 180000 per pet, per night, plus a one-off cleaning fee of COP 1000000

• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
