The Residence has suffered from a lack of investment. Dining only 2 restaurants, service staff poorly trained. Maintenance needed everywhere. Only one tennis court accessible. Electricity kept tripping, disappointing. Department drive in one so bar prices and a la carte dining over priced. Buffet quality good but repetitive. A week is enough.

Such a nice place with wonderful environment and good service. The food is a big variety and all dishes are so delicious. Very clean. The shop on property is also a good place to look around, most commodities are priced reasonably. The hotel is a little far from airport but they can arrange a taxi with fair charge. We did not stay at the Residence. A few days before we were due to arrive we were informed by telephone that the renovations were not finished, and that we were to relocate to Sugar Beach on the opposite side of the island. No further information received, and we had to follow up ourselves to obtain confirmations and make alternative travel arrangements.

amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel, truly a hidden gem. Staff very hospitable and friendly, room was amazing with ocean views. Free water sports was a nice touch. Nice gym, only lacking decent air con in the gym area. Food in the buffet was good, but the a la carte restaurant was great with Michelin level food. Highly recommended and will definitely return in the future
