The hotel areas were generally in good condition and the staff were helpful and engaging. The pool was showing several areas of wear and tear with tiles missing and still lieing in the pool. The Address resident apartment was a nice size and very comfortable. The general communication around the trip wasn't great. The facilities at the apartment were disappointing and there was no ownship of our stay and the issues that occurred.
