If you don't mind that there is no hot water in the shower, it is a great place to stay - very near the beach! Uber is a reliable way to get anywhere downtown and there is a little store nearby for buying essentials, including alcohol. The real gem is Eduardo who is an outstanding host and I can't say enough good words for him. We spent 7 nights in January 2025. Cheers, Denis

I cannot give this hotel a 5 star review because its not 24 hour. If you come back after 9pm they close the door on you. They dont provide soap or shampoo, you have to buy your own which sucks.

O atendimento do hotel é o que tem de melhor. Michelle e seu pai são incríveis. Ajudam em tudo. Tentam sempre trazer a melhor experiência possivel. Dão dicas, se importam o tempo inteiro com o bem estar do hospede. Costumo viajar muito e sempre e acho que nunca fui tão bem atendida em nenhum outro hotel. Café da manhã achamos simples mas sempre variado todos os dias. E isso é bom pois não faz enjoarmos da mesma coisa. Sobre as instalações achamos que o chuveiro saia pouca água. As demais coisas que podiam melhorar sinalizamos e eles resolveram como limpeza. E demos a sugestão de um espelho grande no quarto que ficamos. Alguns já tinham. Cama bem confortavel do quarto que ficamos. Localização é ok. Não é muito perto do centro mas da pra ir de dili ou uber. E fica a menos de um minuto de uma praia. Tem mercado e tudo perto.

Nem sei o que dizer de tão maravilhoso que foi. O Eduardo que é proprietário sem palavras. De uma gentileza e cordialidade sem fim. Sair de Cartagena com o coração partido querendo ficar mais. Sem dúvidas voltaria a me hospedar lá. Quero parabenizar a todos, o funcionário dele que muito gentil sempre que precisávamos. Espero um dia reencontra-los
