The location and staff were a 10. Super friendly, professional and accommodating. And the location and view were fabulous. Unfortunately the toilet rim was literally black when we checked in and the carpet was stained and felt dirty. Also bathroom floors did not seem to be clean. The decor was fine/ok. And finally the wifi was intermittent at best and I think the electrical plug killed my curling iron. So - some updating to floors & electrical and better cleaning are easy enough to fix - hoping the hotel will read this as the people and location were lovely.

A perfect spot to stay in Ville Franche Sur Mer! The ideal spot for a little shopping, going to the beach and watching all of the boats and yachts in the bay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we loved our suite with balcony overlooking the water. 5 minutes walk from the train station. The only hotel on the water in this beautiful little town!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property. Location, location, location! But also, the service was A from the check-in team, to the baggage handlers to the restaurant staff. I maintain that the breakfast was the BEST French breakfast I have ever had! We will be back!
