Property was walkable to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the Louvre. Lots of restaurants and the Big red bus pick up area that we took tours on was about 8 minute walk.

We had a nice stay. The location was great. They have a nice breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but nice. My only negative was the fire alarm went off in the morning and it scared us. We hurried to get down the stairs but it was a false alarm. Apparently this is not the first time it happened. I felt like they should have a way of announcing that it was a false alarm before heading down. Even a phone call to the room to help avoid the stress and confusion would have been nice. They didn’t seem very apologetic and it was unnerving being in another country and not knowing what it was.
Other than that incident the staff were great!

Beautiful location. Room was very pretty and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. I’d stay there again anytime I visit Paris. We are two friends who shared a room and we were both extremely happy with everything!

Like many rooms in Paris, expect small elevators, cramped rooms. Note if you are staying on the sixth floor be aware a walk up small stairs will be needed to get to the floor from the fifth and to reach your bed at night in room.
Area was very walkable and safe.
For the price was expecting more elbow room.

This is a fantastic hotel that gives you access to all of Paris without the traffic and noise. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the service is exceptional. I was traveling with my wife and 2 children and we greatly enjoyed the room layout (Junior Suite) and had a wonderful time. I’m very picky about hotels, but I will continue to stay at Hotel Gramont whenever possible when in Paris.

Friendly staff with fantastic service
All the staff were really helpful and internal communication between staff was fantastic. My train tickets were cancelled suddenly by Rail Ninja without any reasons one night before our departure. Staff, a male staff on night shift on 13 Jun 2022 (sorry that i didn't get the name as I was frantically looking for alternatives) was very kind to help me send request to Rail Ninja and advising that I should book with Thalys.
I also left a gift at the reception to hand it to my colleague whom I couldn't meet due to some unforseen circumstances. The next morning when I checked with the reception, the staff were all aware of the gift arrangement. A very cohesive team with good internal communication on guest's needs.
Kudos to all the staff at Gramont Hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris next time.

Bad experience they where doing renovations on the building in every floor and had a lot of noise very early in the wall of my room.
The internet only worked well in lobby.
I understand they have to renovate but they should let us know.

A terrible hotel
This hotel is terrible. I booked the a triple room 2 months before the trip and when I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk told me the room was under renovation and the hotel was not available. They arranged us to change to another hotel which was totally terrible. The room was very small for three people, the window was broken, the floor was dirty. How can a hotel treat the customers in this way? I will never try this hotel again.
