Nice property but bad management - to avoid!
The apartment itself and the residence are nice. But the service from the property management was very disappointing… from cockroaches, to delayed cleaning and finally a very unpleasant visit late at night (past midnight) from armed policemen because the property landlord didn’t register us properly made the experience pretty bad. The worst part is how the property management handled all this going as far as suggesting to “ignore” the police when they come in which is such a stupid thing to suggest…
So short story, avoid this specific company, but if you are looking at this residence, other companies are much better renting units there and it is actually very nice residence.
