We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are all new great and we loved the evening entertainment. The only thing I would say is that the service was a bit slow for food and drinks but apart from that we all enjoyed our stay very much!

Very impressed. Clean, comfortable - good gym and reasonably good value. Big effort made to cater for all ...family, solo etc. The DJ is a bit too loud, drowning out conversation, and bar food average. However, the buffet is exceptional. All in, best value in Al Hamra

The check in was quite frustrating in that none of the staff were aware of the Hotels.com perks.
The hotel had good facilities.
The bed was very hard so maybe Rove should look at that as a potential improvement.

Rooms were good , staff was ok but you had to run after them all the time. Quite nosy because of the works around and food quality was not very good, the half board option was not worth it as it’s the same stuff all the time
