Excellent quite place, great rooms and amenities. Excelent customer service, beautiful views, lots of night entertainment, friendly staff. The only thing i'd recommend is improve menu variety.

This is a lovely quiet each front hotel, we stepped from our door onto the sand. Roo.s are good and the staff were wonderful! We stayed in four hotels in zanzibar, the staff here are exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Hotel even supprised us with a free trip to the 'rock resaurant' and star fish beach! We would stay again in a heart beat...

Das Hotel ist nicht so groß und damit sehr übersichtlich und sehr persönlich. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und motiviert.
Das gastronomische Angebot ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Das Abendessen wird meist im Hauptrestaurant aber auch mal am Strand, am Pool oder im Sense of Afrika Restaurant durchgeführt,
Unser Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, Die Betten waren sehr bequem und ein Mückenschutz ist überall vorhanden, Es wurde täglich gereinigt und abends wurde das Zimmer noch zusätzlich für die Nacht vorbereitet.

Wir haben einen Ort zum entschleunigen und entspannen gesucht und mit dem Royal Mandarin zu Beginn der Regenzeit einen schönen Treffer gelandet. Zimmer, Aussicht, Strand & Verpflegung sind klasse! Ganz besonders positiv ist die Gästebetreuung! Ahmed und Mohammad sind grossartig und schaffen mit ihrem Team eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre und (King)-Charles macht lecker Cocktails!
