Nice stay in Pula

Very clean hotel. Just reopened a few months ago. Easy to reach, with good parking space for the car, and easy walk into the center of the town. Rooms are very clean and well organized.

Had a bad start to this stay as the hill view room we were booked in was occupied when we arrived, This was a little concerning as we walked into a room where someone was staying (they were not in at the time). We were then moved to an apartment room which was nice although the WiFi did not work very well. The staff quickly refunded the difference in room price and they were very apologetic and helpful. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a good bed and bathroom. The breakfast offering at the hotel was terrible with a lack of staff on hand and a poor selection. This really does need to be improved as it is very basic and let the stay down. Hotel has good free parking and is a 20 min walk from the centre of Pula.

The parking was easy & secure. Room was clean and spacious. My only negative was that there is no way of blocking the light coming into the room. There are lights on the balcony that shine into the room. Making it too light to sleep comfortably. I enjoyed the breakfast & its an easy walk to the old town.

The hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast very good. The hotel is on a busy road about a mile or more from city center so a 25 minute walk. There is no air conditioning or fans so the warm nights can be difficult.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit plutôt agréable dans une chambre propre et climatisée. Le parking est gratuit et le personnel agréable. Par contre le déjeuner n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur : café en dosettes pas très bon , pas de lait , pas de chocolat , jus de fruits industriels et pas frais, 5 pauvres croissants décongelés et cramés , quelques tranches de pain de mie et de pain , plus grand chose à partir de 9h. Très déçu par le petit déjeuner.

We arrived early off our flight with two very tired young children, luckily our room was ready and the staff were really friendly and helpful checking us in and getting and the bags to the room. Kids fell straight to sleep under the ac in the room. Lovely walking distant to everything we were staying in pula to see. Only issue we found was no door between the bedroom and living area so when the kids went bed we couldn’t shut the door

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) gebucht. Bei Check-in wurden uns zwei Zimmer zum gleich Preis angeboten, damit wir etwas mehr Platz hätten. Er hat für die Eltern ein etwas grösseres und für die Kids ein etwas kleineres Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer hatten ein Bad mit Duschmittel, Fön ..., TV, Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee, Minikühlschrank, Balkon. Das Hotel ist nicht das neueste, aber sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Wir konnten das Auto direkt neben dem Hotel parkieren und hätte sogar die Garage benützen dürfen. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Man muss nicht durch die verstopfte Stadt fahren und kommt schnell hin. Vom Hotel ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuss beim Amphitheater (Zentrum). Der junge Herr an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns ein sehr leckeres und günstiges Restaurant empfohlen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Es gab Rührei, Spiegeleier, Speck, verschiedene Brote und Toast, Früchte, Cornflakes, Müesli, Tee, Kaffee, Saft, Apfelsaft, Aufschnitt, Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, Konfitüre. Es ist das perfekte Hotel um Pula zu entdecken!

Glatt överraskad

Blev glatt överraskad när jag checkade in på detta ställe. Killen i receptionen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam, bar t.o.m. upp min resväska till rummet då det inte fanns hiss. Rent och fräscht, och mycket bättre standard än normalt jag sett för ett *** hotell i Kroatien. Gratis frukost och parkering, och bara 10 minuter från flygplatsen i Pula gör detta till ett självklart val om jag reser hit igen.

Trevligt boende

Bra läge på gångavstånd från centrum och busstation. Hotellet har egen parkering. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i reception, städ och kök. Sköna sängar för den som är van vid fastare madrass. Svårt att få rummet helt mörkt då balkongdörrarna släpper in mycket ljus och gardinerna är tunna.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil que j'ai eu. C'est un hôtel qui vient tout juste d'ouvrir et c'est pourquoi il ne faut pas s'attendre à un 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont belles et grandes, très propres. Il manquait le réfrigérateur et l'air climatisée ne fonctionne pas bien. Toutefois, nous avons eu ce que nous voulions en discutant avec le personnel qui est très serviable. Je dirais beaucoup mieux qu'une auberge de jeunesse en propreté et en intimité mais rien de plus par contre. Ceci dit, en sachant cela, j'y retourais sans problème!

Dette Hotel var fint bare til et par overnatninger, men bestemt ingen komfort. Morgenmaden var spartansk og håber ikke det var en udlært kok, som stod for at lave maden, for den var ikke særlig god. Der var ingen mellemrengøring, så det skal man være opmærksom på, hvis man tror at man får rene håndklæder.
