Room was in order, plenty of towels, coffee, paper towels. There was no one around, we needed maintenance, and the guy was there is 10 minutes. Couldn't get the heat to work but we figured it out. Ants on the floor. Restaurant out of business. Was able to get a Lyft in 10 minutes. Nice location.

Could not get into our room, needed to call to get the code for the key box. The heat did not work initially, but it did eventually. The water was not hot in the shower and we had no TV, even though they said they tried to get somewhere there. The staff was great, but ultimately didn’t solve the TV problem. Not impressed.

This was a great stay for the cost on a cold November weekend. Walking distance to town, food, and shopping. Quiet area, short drive to the beaches.
Parking on the backside a little confusing as first, but manageable.
Would stay here again, as long as the price is still around $125/night.
