Chegamos na pousada e estava fechada, ligamos para a dona que falou que tinha esquecido das nossas diárias, esperamos das 13:30h até 19h, quando a dona chegou. Reclamos e fomos maus tratados, com palavras de baixo calão, fomos proibidos de entrar no quarto.
