The room was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the hotel is right on the main street, so it can be a bit noisy sometimes.

You can hear some motorcycle running down the alley even though we are back in the corner of the building, I guess it’s depends where your room facing! Overall staffs and room are great would stay again in the future!

- Very friendly staff - they bring your luggage to the room
Cons:
- Be aware of very bad acoustics in this hotel (they have "Be quiet!" signs on the wall in an attempt to mitigate this issue.)
- No iron and ironing board in room (but available)
TIP: If sensitive to noise when sleeping you should request a room in the end of the hallway

The only problems with the Hitel is that the gym is too small. Also the name has a problem because all the taxis i booked took me to Sukhumvik (even after showing on maps my address) which is 30 minutes away. Thats an hour total. Happened 3 times. Very annoying and expensive.

Renovated rooms, but not renovated bathrooms, not an updated aircon.
The shuttle didn't work, which they only tell you when you waited for it to leave.
The rooms under the pool hear a loud buzz from the pool-pump, all night long.
1000 baht in deposit (which is fine) but in cash (which I think is weird for a 3* hotel). They also check your room before leaving, which makes check out very very slow.
Laundry machines didn't work.
My bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, but when I mentioned this nothing was resolved.
Standard hotel - but I expected a higher standard for this price point
