The people working at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, it's the first hotel I've stayed in that I'd give 10 stars if I could. Everything is spotless and lovely, and the location is excellent.

The hotel is perfect - great location (close to restaurants, and we walked the Grand Bazaar). We loved the shower and bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff were excellent - I scheduled a transfer from the airport, and scheduled a ride to our cruise ship. Definitely we’ll stay next trip to Istanbul.

The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only problem with the hotel was the stairs to enter the front door as soon as you walked in I felt were dangerous if you weren’t careful. Also inconvenient if carrying heavy luggage.

Perfect hotel to use as base for exploring the city as it is walkable to everything. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very quiet. My only notes of caution are that the AC is centrally controlled and trended to be too cold - I was able to open a window and turn it off at night but I don’t know if that’s an option in every room. Also the breakfast is fresh and tasty and sets you up well for a day’s walking but is quite basic, not the lavish affair in other Istanbul hotels.

I have extension of our stay on this trip, where we choose Emerald Mansion Hotel. I traveled with many big luggage's, I was so thankful for the helpfulness of the administration, the convenient services they offered and help. My one night was a great experience, clean room, so cozy and sophisticated, huge bathroom, well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful shoved on the sport when you need them.

This was such a lovely hotel! The staff was so kind and accommodating. They arranged a ride for me to and from the airport. My flight was early morning and they arranged transportation for me at 3am which I so appreciated as it felt safer than calling a taxi at that hour. The room and hotel in general was so clean. I would stay here again and highly recommend it

Emerald Mansion hotel is in a perfect location. The room was beautifully decorated, bed very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. The staff were professional, attentive and available 24/7 - in particular, Talib who was there every day. We’ll definitely stay at Emerald again if we visit.

The location is amazing. The hotel itself, is awesome! Nicest boutique hotel ever. The cleanliness of the room and the place is unmatched. But the highlight of it all is the staff! Whether it be the receptionists the concierge, the cleaning staff… They were the nicest people we met in all Istanbul! They go the extra mile so that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Next time I’m in the city, I’ll be staying there for sure!

I thought the staff were great and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the Blue Mosque. I had the breakfast on a couple of days, which I thought was very nice. Only thing the property lacks is a proper restaurant and swimming pool but there are lots of restaurants in short distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay again

The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!
