Very good experience at the hotel. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Absolutely fantastic location, very local to tourism sites. Good idea to have a little Lire cash to pay for tips. Close to Grand Bazaar and smaller bazaars. Breakfast is a little boring (continental); better to go out.

The hotel is perfect - great location (close to restaurants, and we walked the Grand Bazaar). We loved the shower and bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff were excellent - I scheduled a transfer from the airport, and scheduled a ride to our cruise ship. Definitely we’ll stay next trip to Istanbul.

The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only problem with the hotel was the stairs to enter the front door as soon as you walked in I felt were dangerous if you weren’t careful. Also inconvenient if carrying heavy luggage.

Perfect hotel to use as base for exploring the city as it is walkable to everything. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very quiet. My only notes of caution are that the AC is centrally controlled and trended to be too cold - I was able to open a window and turn it off at night but I don’t know if that’s an option in every room. Also the breakfast is fresh and tasty and sets you up well for a day’s walking but is quite basic, not the lavish affair in other Istanbul hotels.

I have extension of our stay on this trip, where we choose Emerald Mansion Hotel. I traveled with many big luggage's, I was so thankful for the helpfulness of the administration, the convenient services they offered and help. My one night was a great experience, clean room, so cozy and sophisticated, huge bathroom, well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful shoved on the sport when you need them.

This was such a lovely hotel! The staff was so kind and accommodating. They arranged a ride for me to and from the airport. My flight was early morning and they arranged transportation for me at 3am which I so appreciated as it felt safer than calling a taxi at that hour. The room and hotel in general was so clean. I would stay here again and highly recommend it

Fantastic location, walking distance from key tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and restaurants all over. Staff helped with personalized tour and transportation from the airport and from the hotel to the cruise port at a reasonnable rate and transport was clean and spacious for 3 people with a lot of luggage.
