I didn’t realize that maid service would not be offered. Needed my trash emptied and fresh towels. Called the front desk to request towels. Was told I needed to bring my used towels to the front desk to exchange them. Thought that was strange.

The manager when we chevked ib was crabby andnot helpful. All he said was no to every question. Tgenext day I asked Perka the sane questions and got mostly yes except for the pool which was clised during our stsy. I had to change rooms. Had a suite on the end next to the freeway. Too noisy too dleep.
