The studio was very good, and very clean accept the bathroom. The swimmingpool on 36`th floor has not enough chair and sunbeds. To much pressure on the elevators, so you bedder not need the elevator beethween 11AM-13PM. We loved the view, and the balcony. The beach was not for swimming, since it was to windy and a lot of waves. Vung Tau was a bit dissapointed with all the trash is the streets.

The first night I arrived to my apartment, there was visible dust and mold. After noticing, I contacted the owner within 15 minutes, explaining I have a dust and mold allergy and asked for a deep cleaning and or another room. Without addressing the cleaning, I was informed that the only room available was a 2 bedroom upgrade, that I would need to pay 500,000 vnd extra for. The irony was, upon checking the same host’ availability on Expedia for the same 1 bedroom, there were 5 other rooms available… I contacted Expedia, they mediated and I was given the ‘ upgrade ‘ for free. The upgrade included a balcony, with no furniture, a leaky sink, a mini fridge and no microwave, very different from the listings photos, and there were 4 other rooms available for this type. I inquired about a month long rental stay, for when my 8 days were up. Thinking I would get a different unit, nope back to the original. I was assured that the previous studio I was in, was ‘ deep cleaned ‘ so although reluctant, I agreed. Now back in the original studio, I woke up the next morning extremely stuffy; an indicator of dust and or mold. There was no deep cleaning that took place. There is cobb webs hanging from the ceiling above the bed. Dust behind the couch and the bed. When asking for these things to be addressed I was asked to pay a 100,000 fee and asked why I moved the furniture. Again checking expedia, there were 7 available units. I would not book here. There are other owners with cheaper rates. Yw
During second stay. After waking up stuffy. I realized there was dust above my bed. Peaked my interest to other areas. And looked behind the bed. I had already moved the couch the day before. But foolishly didn’t think to move other surfaces & check.
During my second stay ( during my first night stay, I arrived after 11pm after a full day of travel, so I wasn’t really paying attention attention) I notice that the 2 stove top burners weren’t working. And this was given as a substitute. 4 1 month

Apartment 1805 is a lovely one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, overlooking a beautiful internal view. It was clean and comfortable, and overall we enjoyed our 4-night stay. The location is great close to the beach, a small shop and in a good area for getting around. The pool was beautiful however it can get quite windy up there so no ideal places for sun lounging. There were a couple of issues worth noting. The original hob and extractor fan were not working, and a temporary replacement hob was placed on the counter, which felt a bit makeshift. Check-in was also confusing, especially as you need WiFi in order to message for instructions and several other guests seemed equally confused. We eventually found Lobby A, where we waited to receive the key for the apartment. There are three lifts servicing this floor, but they are extremely busy. On checkout day, we waited 32 minutes to find a lift that had enough space for us and our luggage, which was frustrating. Don’t order Grab taxis before getting down to the lobby. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay, and with smoother check-in and lift management, the experience could be much better.

Le lit était confortable et la literie de qualité. La douche fonctionnait super bien et il y avait de l'eau super brûlante. Malheureusement, je ne me sentais pas chez moi. L'appartement n'était pas bien équipé. Il manquait de la coutellerie, linge à vaiselle ou égouttoir à vaisselle et poêlon pour les oeufs et spatule. Après en avoir fait mention à la propriétaire, on m'a apporté un poêlon antiadhésif le lendemain, une spatule, un couteau et deux fourchettes. Les éponges à récurer demanderaient à être changées. Une serviette à main pour la cuisine serait bien appréciée. Malheureusement pour l'hôte, j'ai donc opté de prolonger de douze jours mes vacances dans un autre condo du même immeuble où je me suis senti comme à la maison. C'est la première fois que j'ai à donner une mauvaise note à un hôte après 50 ans de voyages.
