The staff were fantastic, super helpful. Went out of their way to help with our stay, from organizing an early breakfast which was good and sorting transport for us. The room was good. All the staff made us welcome a big thank you!

Siamo una coppia italiana e lasciamo questa recensione cercando di essere il più onesti possibile. Precisiamo che probabilmente noi italiani abbiamo standard di valutazione sulla pulizia e sulla manutenzione più elevati rispetto a quelli generalmente accettati in Egitto, ma crediamo sia giusto condividere la nostra esperienza. Il personale dell’hotel è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Tutti si sono dimostrati pronti ad aiutarci con educazione e cordialità, facendoci sentire ben accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. Purtroppo l’aspetto che ci ha deluso maggiormente è stata la pulizia generale della struttura. Le camere e alcune aree comuni non erano curate come ci aspettavamo e davano spesso una sensazione di scarsa attenzione all’igiene. Anche la piscina risultava un po’ sporca e avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione più accurata. Siamo consapevoli delle differenze culturali e degli standard diversi tra paesi, ma per un turista italiano questo aspetto incide molto sulla qualità del soggiorno. Con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare notevolmente, soprattutto considerando la grande disponibilità del personale.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage in der Karte gebucht. Leider stimmt dies überhaupt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Lage überein. Das Hotel ist drei Kilometer vom Eingang zu den Pyramiden entfernt, dadurch mussten wir mit dem Taxi zum Eingang fahren
