The hotel nightly price is under the range of Holiday Inn and Radisson, which I think doesn’t make sense.
It is a good hotel, but the price should be lower.

The hotel WiFi system didn't work properly during my week long stay and I had to ask the front desk to activate the WiFi for me every day, sometimes twice a day.

Over all it was ok.
But when you advertise as a non smoker hotel, with only specific places to smoke and tickets if you brake it - then it is not approved.
When you arrive to the reception, you have to pass through the smoking area, where people sits with ash trades all over.
We came late and have to wait 20 minutes to check in.
When we checked in, one of our rooms smelled a lot of smoking. It seems that cleaning personnel or like have smoked there or at the balcony. We told it to reception and they just lift their shoulders, as it was normal. We tried to open up the door to the balcony, but had to close it again, as smoke from the smoking area downsite came up and in.
At breakfast we were more than surprised to see, that almost 70.% of the tables was with smokers. The girl served us took us to the table with distance to smokers and took the roof up, so smoke could go out, but also sun to get in.
I’m trying to be reasonable, but it’s not ok -/ so please remove all you have written about being a non smoker hotel. It isn’t fair!

14 May 2026A really nice clean hotel. The front desk was very nice and helpful from my arrival point . Duhan and Gezim both very helpful and spoke very good English. The rooms are soooo big size of a living room and the bathroom and shower extremely beautiful and also very large and elegant.u did use the spa and a great massage by Mavaş very much helped with my back pain. The breakfast buffet very nice and clean and organized also.
My only complaint was the walls are very thin and I could hear people. Otherwise very good overall and great location⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bir kongre için Ankara’ya geldiğimde 3 gece konakladım, hem otelin merkezi konumu, hem bakımlı ve rahat dizaynı , hem personelin yardımcı ve ilgili tavırları , hem de kahvaltısı dikkatimi çekecek kadar iyiydi. Spa’yı vaktim olmadığı için kullanmadım, o konuda bir yorumda bulunamam.

14 Oct 2026çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü, konumu süper. kahvaltısını deneyemedik o konuda fikrim yok. bence çarşaflar kesinlikle yenilenmeli, siyah polar kılıflar temiz değildi, ve temiz kalacak bir materyale de sahip değildi, toz toplamış hep. superior oda seçtim çok geniş ve konforluydu ancak kapı kolu tuvalet kâğıdı asacağı gibi şeyler elimizde kaldı kullanırken. bakımlarının yapılması gerekir. saç kurutma makinasının büyük ve güçlü olması diğer otellerde görmediğim bir şey, kadınlar için güzel düşünülmüş. tv’nin internete bağlanmaması da biraz sıkıntılı, biz yapamadık. ancak otelin interneti gayet hızlı ve güzel çalıştı bilgisayarlarımızda. sonuç olarak fiyat/performans olarak memnun kaldığımız bir yer oldu.

29 Aug 20262. Kat superior odada 5 gece konakladık. Oda oldukça geniş, ek yatakla birlikte bile hareket rahatlığı mevcut. Hele ki banyosu muazzam. Temizlikten de çok memnun kaldık. Destek hizmetler de çok kibar ve yardımcı idi. Odada tek handikap mobilyaların siyah oluşu bizce. (Işığı açtığında aynada kendini görmekte zorlanıyor insan:) Yoksa odada her şey harika idi.
Kahvaltı da gayet yeterli ve lezzetli idi. Bir tavsiye olarak, biraz daha soft müzik seçilebilir ve peynirler kapalı kaplarda muhafaza edilebilir.
Çalışanlar, bellboyundan resepsiyonistine kadar mükemmel. Teşekkürler,
