The owner and manager were very helpful and pickup and drop service from and to airport was on time and very good.
The rooftop view of the pyramids was amazing!

15 May 2025In Egypt for business and booked a room with a view of the Pyramids as the only criteria. I was pleasantly surprised by this new hotel. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area is overlooking the Pyramids. Front staff was very helpful in organizing transport for my meetings. I can only recommend this hotel and its friendly staff and I will be back for a vacation with my family at this same hotel again.

30 Dec 2025The location and view were perfect for visiting the pyramids. However, there were points I felt stress: 1. Some young staff always demanded us tips for non-valuable service like bring a hair dryer from the reception. 2 Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was cold even though we waited for 45 minutes. 3 Breakfast was served too slow. We took breakfast in other places from the second day.

28 Sept 2025Had an opportunity to meet and dine with the owner- Abram and his family in their beautiful home. This was an emotional experience as I was able to enjoy traditional culture.
My hotel was located walking distance to the pyramid entrance. My room was clean and had excellent air conditioning with an AWSOME balcony view of the pyramids. The roof top dining area was the BEST view of all three pyramids. Breakfast was light yet filling, very healthy and presented with an inviting flare. Staff were friendly and ensured my safety at all times. In regards to safety, I felt protected and safe with Fargomar (driver in Luxor) and will return to take the Nile cruise to Aswan. Overall, enjoyed seeing the culture of everyday life in Cairo, Alexander and Luxor.
Only regrets entailed taking “private tours” as I felt rushed and heavily pursued into buying over priced expensive items from family/friends and or associates. Really just wanted to slick to the tour schedule because the extra stops took time away from what I flew across the world to see. Moving forward will stick with the bused group tours.

30 Sept 2025Our room was so small and outdated, moreover The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain; the water just stood there and wouldn't drain. water from the AC spilled onto the nightstand and the bed. We got upgraded for bigger room but there was the sink problem also. Not cozy hotel at all, very dirty area outside. The breakfast is terrible ,
Complete unsanitary conditions in the kitchen, poor selection of the cheapest products We had a breakfast nearby rooftop 7000 I guess and it was so good. Never again stay here even for 1 night. Bad experience

16 Jan 2026A Disappointing Experience - Needs Significant Management Attention and Facility Upgrades
Of the several hotels utilized during our recent ten-day tour of Egypt, this establishment was, unfortunately, the most unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend it in its current state.
Our stay began with a problematic check-in process, followed by our initial room presenting an unmistakable and persistent sewage odor in the bathroom. The proposed "upgrade" solution quickly proved to be a temporary measure, valid for only one night. We were informed we would have to move our belongings again the following morning or pay a nightly premium to remain in the upgraded accommodation, which reflected poorly on the hotel's operational transparency.
Furthermore, fundamental amenities were inadequate. The Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely unstable and essentially unusable throughout our stay, forcing us to rely on the hospitality of an adjacent hotel for necessary communications. The hot water system was also unreliable, requiring the use of a precarious, flimsy switch to operate intermittently.
Overall, the facility is in dire need of modernization and a complete overhaul of its management and operational standards. Until significant improvements are made, prospective guests should exercise caution.

8 May 2026Hôtel très immersif à Gizeh, idéal pour vivre une vraie expérience égyptienne. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et surtout servi avec une attention rare, presque comme un retour en enfance chez sa grand-mère.
Le quartier est authentique mais nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité. Le personnel est disponible et propose plusieurs services, même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car notre séjour était déjà organisé depuis longtemps.
Nous ne regrettons absolument pas ce choix d’hôtel, notamment pour les belles rencontres faites sur place : le propriétaire et le cuisinier, deux personnes que nous n’oublierons jamais.
Je recommande aux familles qui souhaitent découvrir une Égypte authentique tout en gardant le confort d’une chambre propre et agréable.
