All fine generally . Only thing was when filling cappuccino, it overflowed because a larger cup was needed which were not available much. Otherwise all fine.

Lovely hotel with delicious breakfast and very helpful staff, only benefit could’ve been wine options and a slightly larger roof terrace. Would very happily stay again!

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very light and airy . Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was fabulous. Very close to the bus station with direct bus to airport in approx 30 mins . Stayed here before and would definitely come back

Spent 11 days at Dona Rosa and have nothing but positive words for the stay. The apartments are immaculate, pool area superb with loads of beds and parasols. Peaceful location, only 10 min walk to beach, 1 min to Cita Centre and 15 mins to Yumbo. The staff are incredibly helpful. An amazing location.

This hotel is totally unpretentious and is exactly as advertised. The photos are a true reflection of the hotel. The bar attached is ideal for breakfast and a nightcap. Recommend asking for a room on the sixth floor which lessens any traffic noise which others claim disturbed their sleep. We experienced no traffic noise.

This hotel is just incredible! Upon arriving at the hotel you will be just shell shocked with it's size and beauty, it has the best entrance to a hotel I've ever been too and I've visited a lot of hotels! The staff at the hotel are the most kind, well mannered people I've ever met on a foreign holiday. The upkeep and maintenance of the hotel is also incredible, nothing is ever out of place and you will be constantly in awe of it's beauty. I stayed here for 7 nights / 8 days and wish I could...

We stayed 4 nights though didn't eat at the hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean with good amenities. The rooftop pool is great! Would have been nice to have some coffee pods provided as there is a coffee machine.

Very comfortable accomodation. Well equiped kitchen and even a small grocery store (though overpriced) on the lobby of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Maspalomas. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beautiful Maspalomas Dunes. From our room we had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool, the green palm trees, the sweeping sand dunes and the sea in the distance. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. All the staff were lovely and polite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The RIU Party on Friday was definitely the highlight—so much fun and absolutely not to...

Good location Reasonable price

Lovely apartment Staff very helpful and hard working. Complex very clean with good facilities. Would have been great if the pool restaurant could have catered for coeliacs - the supermarket on site did have gluten free food.
