1 Jun 2026My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at Capsule Hotel in Montreal. Everything was clean, including the showers, and the atmosphere was friendly, social, and welcoming. The location on Saint Laurent Boulevard is impeccable and made it easy to enjoy the city. The staff were amazing and provided great service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Montreal.

27 May 2026The capsule was clean and spacious enough.
The lockers were great.
The washroom was big and the shower head pressure was awesome
The front desk staff were super helpful

29 May 2026Location wise it’s in the downtown area and short walk to a metro line. And a decent walk to Old Montreal, place des arts and the old port. But the surrounding area looks sketchy, so it can feel uncomfortable at night. The capsules themselves are very nice, and the lockers are spacious enough for all baggage’s.

12 Aug 2026The capsule itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed felt great and clean. I slept very well It was great because the doors locked and there was a mirror in the capsule. The location was also perfect. Easily walk to old Montreal and visit some popular spots. The staff were also incredibly nice.
Some negatives: The showers and sink area felt dirty. The towels smelled extremely bad like mildew and were worn thin. I smelled of mildew all morning after using the towel. The shower also had run out of body wash and there was stagnant water everywhere and no offer to buy shower shoes.
Overall not a bad stay, would recommend for a quick cheap stay or someone interested in a capsule experience.

4 Jun 2026The staff were very helpful and friendly despite the amount of traffic that comes in and out. Pods were clean and surprisingly comfortable, the only downside was amount of showers and bathrooms and cleanliness of them but you get what you pay for! Overall 7/10

17 Apr 2026Pretty similar to the capsule hotel in japan. Facility is fairly clean. The capsule we had didn't have great fan. It was fairly weak and the capsule was warm. We did not need to use the blanket. The do have towels available for a small fee. No parking on site but there was a paid parking garage about 7 min walk.

3 Jun 2026My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel lacks basic facilities and proper guest service. Cleanliness was extremely poor, and the staff did not provide adequate assistance or room service when needed.
Unfortunately, this was the worst part of my Montreal trip. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I do not feel that the hotel offers value for money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not choose to stay here again.

7 Jan 2026this place would be ideal if I was traveling just a bit lighter. it's not meant to be hanging out and relaxing at for prolonged periods. if all you need is a safe place to rest at night, this is it. excellent service!

26 Dec 2025It was a decent stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. Had to go to basement to have access for the lockers to store luggage and also found the hallways a little too dark. There was no kitchen area either.
