The room was clean but below street grade so the drains had to be constantly pushed out, making an awful noise anytime we used the facilities. The smell was damp which also was a concern. Ryan the manager was super and very friendly and responsive. Breakfast had a good variety of items as well as a cooked to order breakfast. There are a lot of options for pubs and dinners within walking distance.

Staff were great, really friendly. Room was on the small side but we were only staying for one night so not a big deal. Could do with a black-out blind on the large bay window, but outside was quiet, apart from some other residents deciding to hold a meeting on the shared landing at 3am. Great location for SECC and OVO Hydro, fantastic restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, need bigger coffee mugs!
