Overall, this was a great rental. Most of my issues were upfront, but the staff was very helpful getting things resolved. The unit was very clean. There was some noise from outside, but this was to be expected. The beds were comfortable. My suggestions would be to have a few more pots/pans in the kitchen and a small TV for the master bedroom.

The place was as advertised. Of note, this is not set up like a typical hotel with a lobby and front desk, but that wasn’t a problem. The parking was problematic the weekend we came, likely due to March madness and a huge volleyball tournament. There is no parking lot for the hotel and street larking is tough to find a space that you can stay parked for long enough to leave your car. There was also not a pay lot nearby that allowed overnight parking. Room is as spacious, clean, and very nice.

Everything was very good. Except they just sent me the code to enter the building and not the one to enter the apt. Thank God, there were some other guys check-in in another apt and they lent me their phone to call and get the code. But they should have sent in the instructions all together.

Communication was excellent, quick responses, clear instructions, and very helpful throughout my entire stay. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and well maintained, which made my week long stay very enjoyable. The location was also a plus, with easy access to everything I needed. Overall, this was a stress free and pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend The Frankford Fishtown to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable stay and would gladly book again in the future.

The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean. The bed was comfortable. The local area is safe to explore during the day. While the property was generally clean, there were issues with broken hardware, poorly repaired items, and a general need for updating and replacement of some items. The kitchen was poorly stocked. We had concerns related to individuals daily “hanging out” in the small entryway.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The property was very clean and well taken care of. My only negative was no fault to the owners just some construction happening outside the window woke me up kinda early but the coffee shop a quick walk made it easy to get up so early. Haha! The apartment is almost new, bed was comfortable. The pull out couch has a bad mattress and it stays in an incline position and not able to level down. We were almost out of toilet tissue for 3 days for 3 persons.
