The apartment was very nice and clean. The communication could have been better as we were getting messages regarding our stay on the Hotels.com app, but there was no response here at all. They emailed instead, so check both. The entry code was incorrect upon arrival, had to call to get a backup code, luckily somebody always answers the phone when we called… shower doesn’t drain, not enough towels in the unit for 3 guests, and parking is a nightmare. Otherwise the unit itself is nice and in a nice area. I’d stay again, especially for the price.

The place was great, safe, secure, close to everything in Fishtown. Some people may disagree but we actually loved the SEPTA train that would run behind building outside of bedroom window every so often. It was a little loud but somehow comforting! It helped us sleep very soundly.

My stay here was great but there are a few caveats. Upon entering, the space was very clean, had the essential supplies that it had listed, simple check-in, and the location is an added bonus. I will say that what bugged me out the most during my stay was the lack of sound proofing window insulation they have. You can hear EVERYTHING! From cars, to people talking, construction, etc. it woke me up from sleep countless times which is a a huge bummer and clearly needs to be fixed because many people have mentioned this! Also the stove allows you to cook but to a certain extent it seems. My fiancé and I made a simple steak for dinner one night we had smoke everywhere and the smoke alarm went off even though the settings weren’t even on high! It was ridiculous.

Overall, this was a great rental. Most of my issues were upfront, but the staff was very helpful getting things resolved. The unit was very clean. There was some noise from outside, but this was to be expected. The beds were comfortable. My suggestions would be to have a few more pots/pans in the kitchen and a small TV for the master bedroom.
