They checked us in early which was really appreciated as we were attending the touchdown festival.

Check in staff were nice, strange things like no contactless available though having to pass card over.
Main issue was the room though, I'd stayed at this hotel some years ago and chose it as i had an impression they were a bit nicer - somewhat of a treat.
I won't stay again though, the room was tired, decorated poorly (the paint was sorta splashed outside the lines in bathroom, very weird

Absolutely lovely overnight stay. Room felt spacious, was very clean and comfortable.
From checking in to leaving the staff were welcoming and exceptionally polite.
Breakfast offered a good choice and the staff provided excellent service.
