Então sei que os colaboradores não tem culpa do acontecido, é qdo fiz as reservas dos dois apartamentos não atentei que reservei para deficientes no entanto solicitei a mudança dos apartamentos para normal me foi negado alegando que a reserva seria como reservei. Acho que não teria problema mesmo que eu pagasse alguma taxa, mais tudo bem na próxima vez vou atentar as ciladas que os aplicativos colocam.
