The carpet in the room was torched. Bed was comfortable enough. The window AC took a long time to cool down the room. There were a lot of long term residents, so if your ok with kids playing outside and making noise it ok.

Check-in was fine, someone was at the desk. The pool was out of service (pretty common, I hear). The fire alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. No communication with clients/visitors. Went to check out, no one at office. Called number pasted on the exterior window. No response. Don't even try this place, or you will be disappointed! Truly!

Dead bugs all over the room. In the bathtub, in the ice bucket, on the bathroom counter on the floors and dead roach in the toilet. Live spider in room. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. The remote was crusted with sticky stuff. Dirt in the bedframe rail, found a quarter. Pool was down for cleaning. Only good to sleep.

We took a loss on this. The property is older & to be honest a bit on the shady looking side & in more of an industrial area. We tried to stay positive but whatever they used to clean the rooms with was very strong & making my throat burn and eyes water so we ended up staying somewhere else. Usually do not leave reviews unless well deserved for the good or for the bad. Nightmare started as flights got delayed so tried to contact property to let them know of late arrival, no response at all either via Expedia message service or the phone listed (BTW their number is from Mexico, nothing wrong but they didn't respond as well). Service, stay and place according to the price (budget) for an overnight stay, but be cautious about the $100 deposit, you rather bring cash for that otherwise if you swipe your card note this is not to open a voucher as you would do on most hotels. They are actually charging you and can expect to lose it unless they process the reimbursement in front of you. It's been a month and I haven't seen anything posted back to my account.

Staff was very nice and helpful… I just felt that during the daytime someone should be at the front desk, and not have to ring a bell for them. The room was very comfortable, but I felt they should provide the basics that a hotel provides…lotion and shampoo. The pool was a nice and clean and able to be used, but not the hot tub. Overall, though, I would stay :-)
