Overall satisfied with Staff and Cleanliness of property, with Cold air conditioning room. The only downfall was that there was no cable / signal on T.V at all in my 4nights that I, stayed and it seems to be a route for firefighter trucks who honk and drive by throughout the night on the main hotel street! but lobby has complimentary, hot coffee and fresh water cooler for guests. Will be back only if they can guarantee the cable / signal issue has be resolved!

The staff was very rude and not helpful she was rushing me when I was trying to make a reservation for 1 night and somehow the wifi glitch and it did not change the adults to 2 guests and it only had 1 guest hotel. Com was trying to get a hold of the property several times and couldn't and when I asked the lady's for the number so they could call the hotel and let them know she wouldn't give it to me and then she made us pay more in mx money I was very unhappy with her and the hotel also it had bugs in the bed when I woke up in the morning I had bug bites and was very itchy and ⁸ there were little black\nSpecks all over the bed and seen a couple crawling i want to read fund for this night

THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME I WILL GET A HOTEL USING HOTEL.COM THE HOTEL WAS NOT THE SAME AS IN THE PHOTOS VERY DIRTY AND SMELLS HORRIBLE STICKY CARPETS NO TOWELS OR SOAP IN THE SHOWERS NO POWER OUTLETS BY THE BED I STAYED ONE NIGHT ONLY AND WAS CHARGED FOR THEEE NIGHTS AND WHEN REACHING OUT FOR HELP ON THE APP THEY SAY THE HOTEL IS UNREACHABLE AND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
