Donnatella is gorgeous and suites are top of the line -staff so fun and helpful. The DJ music, blinds, espresso machine, Food at hotel, aromatherapy, Bvlgari in the room were so nice. Felt like a little nook in Italy. Grazie !!!

This is in a perfect location, close to shops. Around the corner from a Walgreens if you needed anything basic and on the same block as a parking garage. They offer valet but it’s cheaper and easier to park your own car. A block from the beach. Miami owes us NOTHING!! We stayed in the Fiorella room which was right over the dining. It was perfect besides the AC which worked but not enough for the weather. It was like sleeping outside some nights, but I couldn’t complain because of how beautiful the property was and the staff… OMG. Amazing. Helped with our bags due to not having an elevator, so pack light.. poor guy lol. My girlfriend’s luggage was well over 60 pounds but no complaints. A bar right downstairs. We stayed for 5 nights and let me tell you… we will definitely be back. Just work on the AC lol. I guess being over the kitchen didn’t help.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel they ended up switching me to their sister hotel. Victor hotel. The $400 room that I originally purchased was switched to a standard room at the victor hotel. A $200 price difference I have not been compensated for my difference. Victor hotel is not bad…. When you’re spending $200 a night, but I spent 400 a night. Still haven’t received a message from them. All I asked for is to be compensated and they have never responded to me. Could’ve been just an upgraded room or anything, but they decided to not respond. This was their fault for not being able to give me the room that I purchased. Looks like a great hotel though wish I could’ve stayed.
