The room was good for two, it was clean and modern. The staff were very attentive, the roof top pool was small and could do with an upgrade but was fine. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff were always available to help with local recommendation's and its location is perfect with most of the local attractions within walking distance. We loved our stay.

The AC kept the room cool; the staff were absolutely amazing - no task was too much for any of them from Levi to David, Bella, Anna and Peter - all of the staff are extremely customer friendly and focused on their guests.

Great hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City! It’s a pretty new hotel so it is extremely modern, clean, and very comfortable! The staff go out of the way to support you and make you feel like you’re at home. The breakfast Buffett had a ton of options and it was delicious. Rooms were well sized and super comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

I've never experienced such an amazing array of staff and personnel in a hotel before. The attention to detail and incredible hospitality is truly outstanding. I've been staying in many hotels but this experience is one of the absolute best I've ever had. Staff was wonderful. We had to leave at 4am to go to the airport and they prepared a nice breakfast to go for us and also gave us a nice tote bag as a gift.
The building is not as nice as the Grand Hotel du Lac in Hanoi but staff and breakfast were both fabulous.
