From the moment we walked into this place it was disgusting. No one was at the desk, there were mattresses stacked in the lobby and a definite Marijuana smell. Found the desk clerk sitting in the breakfast area. He was very lackadaisical with our check in and when the pot smell was mentioned he said it wasn’t him because he was a Muslim and they didn’t do that. The hallways by our room were filthy. No coffee in the room and when asking desk clerk for some he said they were out of it and that he had ordered it two weeks ago. Tv in room did not work and trying to all the front desk did also not work. Had to go down to report this to the clerk who came to room and said the remote needed new batteries. He did not return for 30 minutes.

Weed and Hookers and dogs..Oh my?
Welcome to weed lovers paradise!! For a non smoking hotel.. The hallways and stairs sure could tell you another story. Walking through the halls to the vending machines or common areas will almost get you a contact high. I enjoyed listening to my neighbors dogs barking randomly through out the evening as the stairwell door was opened and closed as well as when a near by tenants door closed. Checking into my room it had a wonderful and odorous scent in the air of wetdog/mold with pungent lingering scents of carpet fresh and marijuana. After being in the room a short while my nose began to run through out the evening and I feel like that was part of the charm to my accommodations. I thought maybe I would take a dip in the pool, but upon checking out that area I felt I may need a TB test if I ventured into the waters. The pool was cloudy with sadness and there was obviously no circulation of the waters. Apparently the hotel is a lively local hot spot for the local people and friends to hang out in the parking lot where you can drink forties and maybe get a date. I saw a couple young ladies hanging out around some vehicles, talking it up with groups of men and taking walks in and out of the hotel. Some patrons appeared to only hang in the parking lot for a couple hours and then dip out in their cars later, I can only assume they were not staying the night. Not a great place that I would stay again but, it may be just what you are looking for.

On our arrival, we encountered two men arguing loudly in the lobby. One of the men was elderly. The other much, much younger. It was very uncomfortable and a little scary because both parties kept arguing. We were very happy we’re our elevator arrived. When we arrived at our floor construction debris was all over. The worst part the workers left their lunch trash on the hallway floor with construction trash. The workers must of been sanding in our room so everything was covered in dust. Awoken to three women fighting outside the hotel.

Convenient location, and a very comfortable place to stay with nice breakfast, swimming pool and convenient parking. We arrived late and left early (concert that night, meeting friends early that morning), but enjoyed our brief stay.

Very clean, even though they were doing some renovations my room was the cleanest hotel room I have been in for some time. The bed was a little hard, but plenty of pillows, they only had decaf coffee pods in the room, which is not really a major thing to complain about. Staff was very friendly

Not what expected
The hotel appears to be being remodeled or redecorated. There were tons of things (linens and such) piled in the lobby. It was easy to find and check in. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but complained about people booking through 3 party sites. I booked a double queen room and was told they gave me a single so I had to wait for them to change us to the right room. The room smelt musty and it clearly had not been cleaned. There was paint stains on the comforter and trash on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom. The toilet seat wasn’t even fastened to the toilet. We were only passing through and stayed one night, but if I had to stay longer I would’ve asked for a new room or a refund.
