New and very clean hotel with a modern look. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great value for money. The air conditioning works perfectly and ensures a pleasant stay. The comfortable pillows and cotton sheets make for a great night’s sleep.

Good points: cleanliness, water pressure in shower, surrounded by good restaurants.
Points for improvement: no parking, nearest parking was around 5 min walk, not quiet you can clearly jere any noise around doors need to be made sound proof.

The room is okay. The location -we have to take a taxi everytime we join a tour group. The location is not so far from the center but the tradfic is bad.

The toilet was not clean when I arrived
The receptionist did not provide the Wi-Fi information had to go and request for it
They lie about providing breakfast as I was provided with x1 cold crossiant, cold milk and glass of orange juice which they bring to your room. This stayed in the room over night as I was on a 24 hr trip on return the following day at midnight the tray was still there with all the food I didn't eat. So NO DAILY HOUSE KEEPING AS STATED ON hotels.com.
The draining system in the bathroom was not working and on the last day water was everywhere in the bathroom and in the bedroom due to over over flooding when I informed the receptionist he told me he has nothing to do with it and did not want to come and have a look. I requested for towels as I almost fell in the over flooded bathroom was told they are in the washing and was later given one towel which didn't help after using x3 towels.
I had to check out before the time at 5pm due to the distress caused and wasnolonger able to use the bathroom nor did any staff come to my room to clear the water everything was left for me
At my checkout time there was no receptionist as he was sleeping and when he finally showed up he charged me € 1 for a 500ml water bottle from the fridge in the room
Also they do not provide hot drinks in the room like a kettle of you want to make a hot drink
The windows are not sound proof despite the hotel being on a very busy street as the curtains not fully shutting

Établissement refait à neuve. Chambre très confortable. Personnel a l' écoute et très agréable et le petit plus il parlait français c était top il s est même déplacé pour m accompagné dans un magasin pour payer une amende. TOP. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon.

Ça va pour une nuit
Nous étions de passage à Tirana pour une nuit seulement. L’hôtel est un peu difficile d’accès dans un rond point occupé avec un stationnement difficile à trouver, on doit s’y rendre avec un employé. Mais le personnel est vraiment attentif aux clients ce qui est très bien !! La chambre est vraiment petite mais propre. Seul gros point négatif il y a un bar sous l’hôtel, c’est donc bruyant toute la nuit !

Hotel nella norma, quello che fa sono le persone che ci lavorano, in particolare modo, il proprietario. Attento a ogni minimo particolare, sempre disponibile, non quantificabile. Se solo ci fosse la possibilità di giudicare il proprietario, non basterebbero le stelle a disposizione. Più che 10!
