This is a self-contained apartment in a block. The host did not communicate with us at all in advance of the trip to inform us about: how to check in, where the building was, how we could access keys or even the most basic information. We arrived 1 hour before check-in time not having had any communication from the host. When we finally managed to get in touch, not via the number associated on the booking page, but by a different mobile number, we were told that under no circumstances were we allowed to check in early, no reason was given for this despite the apartment being ready. The amenities are not as listed. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. There is no hair dryer. The iron is located in the communal laundry room. Overall, this is not at all what we expected, or what is advertised.
We were not told how to check out, or where to leave the keys, despite asking multiple times, we first asked about check out on the day we checked in and received no responses at all from the host. We were told about 10 minutes before scheduled check-out time what to do. The communication was appalling.
The flat was fine - nothing special at all. Bed was uncomfortable and the lack of air conditioning was not pleasant. We would not stay here again, and would not recommend.
