Easy check in to our top floor room, which was a kind of pod style but perfect for our one night stay for a gig. Lovely stay at Citizen M. Super convenient spot, friendly staff, nice bar and lots of communal seating areas. Enjoyed that you could cast to the TV from your phone easily and the bed was massive. I would say, that as the bathrooms are frosted glass pods within the room, you better be comfortable with whoever you're staying with!

The hotel and room were cleaned to a very high standard. The rooms are on the small side but well fitted out. You have an I pad in the room to close blinds, curtains and control the lights - this works well. The I pad also controls the television - this does not work so well. No glasses in the room for water - available 2 floors down in the bar/restaurant - not helpful when in PJ's cleaning teeth. A heads up from the staff would have been helpful Very comfortable bed and bedding - would stay again

Air conditioner did not work in my room… room was incredibly stuffy and hot. They could not fix the problem but they did provide a fan.. room was not well cleaned. An overnight stay whilst visiting Glasgow for a concert. Perfectly located for Central Station and Buchanan Bus Station. A bit price due to concert and no tea or coffee in the room. No glasses in the bathroom. Very clean very quiet and very high tech.
