Clean, pleasant staff. However only one lift working so took a lot if time when busy. It took us n early 15 Minutes to get from floor4 to ground. Room is ok, but not for us.Being older than a lot of the guests, we had to climb onto the sitting stool to get into the bed. Lighting wasn't easy to master either,a n d wasn't too keen on basin in the room Going to the toilet on the middle of the night, was a bit of a nightmare. Glad we have a sense of humour! ig

If ikea did hotels. This’ll be it. Comfortable and modern. Room I was given was just a little bit worn round the edges. Mould in shower and lots of scratches and knicks in the walls around the bed. Would stay again but wouldn’t have payed full price.

Easy check in to our top floor room, which was a kind of pod style but perfect for our one night stay for a gig. Only negatives were the lack of a kettle/tea and coffee in room ( are available downstairs though) and one of the two lifts being out of action meaning a lengthy wait at busy times eg,breakfast.

Lovely stay at Citizen M. Super convenient spot, friendly staff, nice bar and lots of communal seating areas. Enjoyed that you could cast to the TV from your phone easily and the bed was massive. I would say, that as the bathrooms are frosted glass pods within the room, you better be comfortable with whoever you're staying with!
