Personellerin hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve işlerinde iyiydiler. Otelin imkanları da yeterli idi.
Oda temizliğine gelince somut olarak pis bir şey yoktu çok da temizdi. Fakat bir koku hususu vardı. Normal bir koku değildi ve o kokuyu da yok edememişlerdi.
Onun haricin de kahvaltısı-Spa'sı çok güzeldi. Tek olumsuz yorumum koku ve onu da bir ön önce çözmelerini rica ederiz.

Biz odamızda konaklarken 5.4 şiddetli bir deprem oldu ve hiç bir önlem ve uyarı sistemi çalışmadı ayrıca Jakuzi ve havuz diye sattıkları oda çocuklu ailelerin parkına dönmüş kesinlikle hijyenik değil çocukların bağırıp çağırmasından asla dinlenemedik otelde.
