Lovely spot
This was the ideal hotel for a one- night stop in Kolding. It is right across from the train station and the lobby was very comfortable for visiting with friends. Breakfast was generous and tasty. We felt ready to continue our train journey!

Great, friendly Staff who went out of their way to help these helpless Americans (my wife and I) on foreign, but friendly soil. The hotel was charming and easy to get around the beautiful surroundings. Will most definitely stay there again if the situation arises to do so.

Very nice, beautiful hotel in an old building. We received a spacious family room with a four-poster bed and a balcony. We loved the room but the mattresses in kids beds were a bit hard and we would have preferred blackout curtains.

The unexpected became thru!
It was for us very pleasant to stay in your hotelroom, because it looked beautiful, but it was also very clean. The bed, under the bed and also the shower and the toilet. Even the view outside was nice. And the breakfast next morning was very good!

It is an old hotel and is well overdue for a major refurbishment. The room was okay clean but the hotel lobby is dated and feels / smells of damp. The free breakfast was very good and it is literally opposite the main train station and it is convenient for travel.

Et hyggeligt ophold. Hotellet er dog noget nedslidt og gammelt. Der lå en fejebakke og en børste på sengen. Jeg er usikker på om det var meningen eller en fejl. Jeg kunne have brugt den til at fjerne det spindelvæv der var på lysekronen 😂

2 fejl ud af 3 mulige. Jeg bedømmer altid på tre ting. 1: underholdning på værelset 2: morgenmaden 3: sengen Desværre viste det sig, at selvom hotellet reklamere med kabeltv var der ingen kanaler på fjernsynet man kunne se for bare sne. Jeg beklagede dette til receptionen, og fik at vide at sådan ville det desvære være i et stykke tid endnu da de skulle udskifte hele systemet og deventede på at der kom nye TV og systemet skulle laves igen. Plusset på hotellet var at man sov ganske tilfredsstillende i sengen. Morgenmaden er en helt anden historie. Jeg kan forestille mig at når hotellet har travlt i ferieperioder eller når der er konference, at så er maden ligger og frisk. Vi gik til morgenmad klokken 8.00, og der var åbent for morgenmad fra 7:30 Æg, pølser og bacon var koldt og 100 % sikkert ikke fra denne dag. Pandekagerne var også kolde og præcis så hårde at man ikke kunne rulle dem uden de gik i stykker forsøget på at spise en måtte opgives. Det pålæg der var sat frem havde også en del dage på bagen. Blødkogte æg var derimod ganske fine og friske. Det blev til morgenmad bestående af rundstykke med nutella, et blødkogt æg og en kop kaffe. Det var alt i alt at skuffende ophold, og til andre rejsende der bor her anbefaler jeg morgenmaden i Bilka i Kolding.
