Stayed for 2 night with a baby and the staff couldn’t have been nicer! So helpful! Room all set up and baby cot was no problem for them. All the staff at breakfast were just amazing, and it was delicious. Room was warm and cosy, shower could do with new/cleaner grouting but that’s really nitpicking. 100% would recommend.

When we arrived early, Nicola at reception checked if our room was ready and got us booked in and up to the room ahead of check in time. This helped massively as we were going to a party. The breakfast was excellent and the only criticism was that the property needs a bit of TLC. The water temperature fluctuated a bit in the shower and the fans were a little noisy but overall a good stay.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a separate lounge with a large television and desk which was great and a small courtyard outside to sit at-fabulous. The food was terrific and all the staff were so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was excellent and the location was perfect close to the centre and the beach . We had the breakfast one morning which was excellent. The staff were lovely and helpful. The pool was very good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked an overnight to attend a wedding. The room was a clean and a great size with plenty of room to get ready and lots natural light. Albeit, the room was a little dated but it was not something that made a real difference to our stay. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The girl at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) was incredibly helpful, she pre booked our taxi to the wedding venue and nothing was a bother. The restaurant was great, staff were efficient and friendly and the meal was great and reasonably priced. Same with the bar. Overall it was a great place, met all of our needs and we would absolutely stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as was the service. Location was good for both the seafront and the town centre. Free car parking was available. We arrived slightly early, there was no one on reception and when we rang the bell no one turned up! We left and came back a little bit later to find staff on the reception. We were placed in a room that overlooks a flat roof with ventilation pipes that were noisy. We asked for a different room, the hotel was able to accommodate this request. The water temperature in the shower didn't remain constant - it went cold several times when taking a shower.
