Excelente Apart-Hotel
Não é um hotel, é um apart-hotel muito bem localizado, perto da estação de metro Los Leones, tem um bom comércio no local. O apartamento é muito bem montado e limpo, todo dia é feito limpeza. A escolha superou minhas expectativas, o único senão foi minha esposa ter achado o colchão muito macio, porém isso é uma questão de gosto.

El departamento amuebado tiene una inmejorable ubicación. El edificio es muy agradable y el departamente también. Tuvimos que mudarnos a otra depa porque tenía problemas con el Wifi. En el nuevo tampoco pudimos conectarnos al wifi y esto me causó serios problemas de comunicación con mi oficina. El nuevo depa era cómodo y razonablemente limpio. Nunca limpiaron bien el baño que tenía signos de humedad y de hongos. La atención de la administración fué buena. Tienen que mejorar el entrenamiento del personal de limpieza

Excelente localização
Quartos confortáveis e espaçosos, camas e roupas de cama de excelente qualidade. A localização é excelente muito perto do metrô, lanchonetes, restaurantes e shoppings. Como é um apart hotel e não possui serviço de quarto (somente limpeza), gostaria de dar uma sugestão que seria colocar algumas máquinas de auto serviço com produtos como água, refrigerantes e salgadinhos. No dia em que chegamos em Santiago entramos no apart por volta de 1 hora da madrugada, já estava tudo fechado nas redondezas, tivemos que tomar água da torneira. Mas, de modo geral muito boa nossa estadia.

Flat, não hotel
Na verdade é um flat, com serviço de limpeza. A localização é excelente, mas o endereço não corresponde ao do google maps, estando aproxadamente 2 quadras adiante. O "check-in" foi feito logo q chegamos (10:30h) nao havendo necessidade de esperar pelo horário padrão. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente e não havia calefação eficiente. Vale a pena pelo valor e localização, mas se procura por serviços de hotel, esqueça.

Cuidado, os aptos nao sao o que parecem!!!
Reservei um apto de categoria superior ao basico, paguei a mais pelo apto e quando cheguei, o apto era no terceiro andar, a sacada dava para um telhado sujo e nao tinha vista, era um muro. As janelas estavam sujas e o apto tb. Reclamei e limparam apenas uma das janelas. Disse que tinha pago por um apto melhor e me responderam que eu tinha pago por aquele tipo de apto e nao me disseram a categoria do quarto. Infelizmente ja tinha efetuado o pgto, senao sairia naqule momento.

Òtima localização!
O apartamento é bom, mas acredito que precisam melhorar na limpeza diária e priorizar em toda vez que tiver novos hóspedes devem trocar "todas" as roupas de cama. Na minha opinião o local é ótimo e a localização também mas ficou muito a desejar a limpeza, pois a higienização do local é de suma importância.

troca de hotel
O hotel que havíamos reservado estava com problema de falta dágua. Fomos transferidos para outro hotel da mesma empresa, mas o tamanho do quarto era diferente da que nos foi ofertado. Digo isso, pois verificamos que haviam outros hospedes em apartamentos muito maiores que o nosso, os quais pagaram o mesmo preço que nós.

Ótimo apto em Providencia
A localização é muito boa, perto da estação de metrô, Los Leones, tem também um Lider Express (mercado da rede Walmart), Castaño(café/lanche), restaurantes e o Costanera Center fica a 2 quadras, um shopping muito bom, com otimas franquias de restaurantes e lojas.Melhor impossivel!!! O quarto que fiquei estava super bem montado, e como eu estava com marido e filho, colocaram uma cama extra na sala, o que eu achei perfeito, já que foi bem melhor que um sofá cama. Cama muito boa, edredom de pena de ganso, boas toalhas, cortinas blackout, chuveiro forte e bom aquecimento do quarto, já que era inverno. Havia limpeza diaria e arrumação dos quartos. Cozinha completa, só senti falta de uma cafeteira. Usei o estacionamento sem problemas, porteiros simpaticos e o que solicitei fui atendida pela Sra. Viviana.Aliás, ela deixa em cada apto uma pasta super util, com endereços de restaurantes, atrações, shoppings, etc...o que ajuda muito quem vai sem programção. Como adorei Santiago, se voltarmos lá será nossa moradia novamente...recomendo!!!

Excelente!
Há apenas um quarteirão da estação de metrô Los Leones e dois quarteirões do Shopping Costanera. Lanchonete bem em baixo do flat, o que dispensa o café da manhã. Só nao se pode contar com os recepcionistas do flat que só sabem dizer que não trabalham pro hotel... Adoramos, quarto limpo e idêntico as fotos. Voltaremos com certeza!

Tudo o que nós precisávamos!
Fomos recepcionados de forma cordial, conseguimos realizar o "check-in" antes do horário sem problemas, localização perfeita a 2 min a pé do metro, do restaurante Giratório e a outros 5 min do Costanerra Center. Apartamento muito confortável, limpo e com uma bela vista. Recomendo tanto o hotel quanto o site Hotéis.com.

O prédio e a localização são muito bons. Não tem cama queen (nem caberia no quarto), nem roupa de cama premium nem lençóis de algodão, nem escrivaninha conforme o anúncio. O pessoal do prédio é atencioso. Excetuando a questão da "propaganda enganosa", e com um preço justo, voltaria.

Cercano a todo, Cama Confortables, Muy limpio,
Ubicado a 2 cuadras del metro Los Leones, Pocas cuadras del mall costanera center y mall panorámico. Frente a deliciosos restaurants. Locomoción colectiva y metro excelente. Camas muy cómodas, Limpieza excelente. Atención del personal excelente. Tv cable muy bien y la wifi de maravilla. En la noche , zona segura y muy tranquila para descansar sin ruidos. Lo recomiendo!

Excelente opcion en Providencia
El departamento (no es un hotel), se encuentra en un lindo y bien ubicado edificio en Providencia, en una de las zonas mas bonitas de Santiago. Bien ubicado, cerca del metro, zonas gastronomicas y de un mall. Si bien no cuenta con los servicios de un hotel, cuenta con servicio de limpieza diario y con una cocina bastante completa. Es una muy buena opcion en Santiago, sin dudas.

Not good at all. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Upon my arrival a janitor in the facilities told me at 11 pm that have to go to another facility by myself (including my luggages) to another location. It was night and my wife and myself have to walk with our luggages about 3 blocks looking for the ne w address without any help. After finding the new location the new janitor took a while to find our keys. He was not aware of anything and told us that he was doing a favor not included in his duties. Finally we got the keys. The apartment was OK but very noisy from street traffic. Next morning we receive a call asking for the payment. We require more than five minutes to convince the lady at the phone that everything has been already paid.
